It's really sad when a business is shutting down.. The store is full of items they have to sell with an average of 40% off. Not sure what fans of Laura Ashley are going to do when it finally shuts down. Very sad.

We have old, dying Laura Ashley sofas and came to buy new ones. No swatches or brochures. I tried to approach 3 assistants on a quiet Thursday. No assistant even made eye contact with my wife or myself. And they didn't/wouldn't hear us. The service was better in Sports Direct straight after.
So sad that Laura Ashley is closing. 40-50% off everything. More discounts to come as time goes on but if there is something specific you want, get there ASAP!
Really nicely oresented shop that beautifully showcases their products. Always a pleasure to look around and be inspired by.
Went in today to ask a simple question and was given an answer in a curt manner with a surly look from the male assistant. I would have said customer assistant but I don't think he recognized me as a customer

Rude abrupt manager! We had nearly bought our products when we were told could not use loyalty vouchers with sale items over 35% - actually till had accepted our purchases at 37% anyway! We have now gone to a more friendly branch. 1. Manager train staff properly 2. Staff mentioned not wanting to get told off by manager- NOT A PLEASANT LAURA ASHLEY EXPERIENCE
