Absolutely awful service I have a green sludge leaking from my boiler I called the number and I was told someone would be out at 15.00pm they then called me and said the engineer was running late and they would be out at 16.00pm at 17.00 I called the number to be greeted by a very rude woman who advised me that the engineer was on his way it’s not 18.43 and no one has been and my boiler is still leaking !! Where is the engineer coming from the moon !! I am so angry and annoyed

I had a lovely experience with this engineer! DREW was very professional with his work and fixed my boiler problem very well. He had a lovely personality to chat whilst he was working providing amazing customer service skills and a contagious positive energy! If I was his boss I would defintley give him a bonus at the end of the month as he did an excellent job.
I keep getting calls from them even tho I pick up they cut the call off right away every time and when I call back to tell them to stop calling me they do the same thing just leave us all alone there are better company's out there that do alot more

Our boiler is still faulty, first time reported was over 2 years ago. December last year 2016, liberty group engineer attended for Gas Inspection, he reported a leak in the boiler, nothing was done about it. On Thursday the 26th October 2017, another Engineer came to inspect and found the famous leak again, no surprise there as the leak wouldn't have cured itself after almost a year, it got worst indeed. He ordered the part. Today another Engineer came to fit the part and resolve the issue but found that there was more to it. He ordered another part and left us again with no hot water... How many visits more you need to get this right? Do you need a hand? I suggest you subcontract to professionals to sort out your mess before you get people killed. Your competence is questionable. Your processes are shambles.
Came out the same day. Really impressed. Problem sorted within 10 minutes. Checked heating was working before he left. Very grateful for the quick response.
