I contacted Ric on a Sunday as I had an urgent need to have a new battery fitted to a relative’s car in Havant. Ric answered the call, and given the circumstances said he would attend first thing the following morning. Ric offered the option of payment by cash or card, arrived when he said he would, completed the job quickly and courteously. I will definitely be using him again when the needs arise.
