Been into Mothercare a couple of times for advice and attended their expectant parent event and I have always experienced exceptional service. We had Harrison help us with buying a car seat today, he came out and checked it fitted in our car and showed us how easy it was to install. He then showed us around the pushchairs and other bits. Extremely knowledgeable, especially for such a young adult. He answered all our questions quickly and showed a great understanding. He was not pushy but gave us loads of advice. I could not fault him at all. Truly exceptional service.

Lovely large and light store, ample parking and the bonus is the cafe is great.
Had a wonderful experience today with a lovely young lady who I believe to be called Phoebe. She had excellent product knowledge and was very friendly. Me and my wife (Bethany) felt very comfortable sharing our needs with her. Thanks again Phoebe, cannot wait to come back and purchase my pram soon! :)
My partner and I went to the expectant parents event yesterday. All staff were very approachable and easy to talk to. We went because we wanted more information on car seats as our car is very old and we couldn't find a car seat that was compatible. The area manager was so helpful and said we could order the carseat we think will fit into the store and then someone will then help us fit the car seat into our car and then go from there to find a different seat if it doesn't fit. Would definitely recommend expecting parenting to visit and go to their free events.
So sorry to hear of closures. My daughter and I have been very impressed by the staff at Mothercare. The young women in the upstairs pushchair department are polite, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I hope they find other employment soon. Great shame.

I visited the store on Saturday and approached a girl. Her name was Zoe. She had an absolutely amazing customer service, making pleasant conversation and making sure that all my needs were seen to. I had a few questions about pushchairs and Zoe made sure we went through all the options. She was patient, polite and she was also extremely knowledgable about all the pushchairs. I was very impressed. I will definitely be returning to this store and asking specifically for Zoe!
We were served by Connie and could not fault her service. She was kind, understanding and patient in what can be quite an overwhelming experience with so many options to choose from. She gave us professional advice and listened to our needs before showing us additional products. Would highly recommend visiting Mothercare in Havant.
