So glad to be back at the gym for the last few weeks. I really missed the Spinning and Pilates classes during lockdown. Duncan and Emma and their team have done an amazing job of keeping everything clean due to Covid and although reduced class sizes, it is beginning to feel normal again. Thank you very much!

Came for my first visit yesterday and was really impressed with the staff and the gym itself. Thank you to Billy for my initial Boditrax and programme appointment. I am now confident that I can follow the plan we set out together. Great Covid-19 rules and regulations in place too. This gym has a really good vibe. I’ve felt under pressure and unsure of myself in other gyms in the past but My Fitness Hub is genuinely a nice place to be!! Can’t wait to go again!

What’s not to like about this gym? Loads of really clean and modern resistance machines, plenty of free weights, tons of classes (free to members) and a great sauna and men’s shower area. Add to all that the friendliness of the staff and the other members ..... best gym around!

Mk Heat

I'm no longer a member but it was good when I attended. Membership cost aren't the cheapest in the area and there are opening time restrictions especially on the weekend.
