Collecting items at this store are so slow! I've been here three times now and it always takes between 10-15 mins to collect. You only have one staff member trying to collect items for about 15 people, they have no chance in keeping up.
It's got a Costa and if you get fed up wandering around aimlessly behind your significant other there's comfortable armchairs in the shoe department downstairs.
