Cannot speak highly enough of Park Lane Medical Centre, from the wonderful Receptionist's, who are beyond helpful! Our fantastic GP Doctor Hale, who takes the time to listen before diagnosis. Dr Hale has been absolutely wonderful with my husband [and] myself. Getting an appointment is relatively easy. Nurses great. Professional practice in every aspect! Linda Broomfield.

Never booked an appointment or seen a Dr here without hassle or professionalism. Exected to wait two days for a phone appointment for an asthma inhaler for my 4yr old son. Rude male receptionist without compassion or consideration. Was aggressively told 'I can't do anything the surgery shuts in an hour call 111' you sir have just lost 4 patients, congratulations! I'm done with this discraceful practice.

I hardly ever go to the doctors but when i need to i can never get an appointment. i have found some of the reception staff very tactless and rude and i also find my male doctor and the other male doctor to be really not interested in anything you have to say and seem too ready to fob you off and rush you out the door. I would like to change the GP that i am under to someone else in the practice but do not know how to go about this. I like one of the other reviewer's on here was also at middle park surgery and was moved to this surgery when that surgery was closed and was just given a GP without bring asked if i had a preference of male or female. i have always found female doctors more sympathetic to there patients and so would much prefer to see a lady doctor .
