Brad is a truly great PT (inspire physical fitness) I came to him in a bit of a rut of my training and a desire to learn to lift weights. He tailored sessions to kick start my passion again and has began to build my confidence with lifting weights. He is highly knowledgeable and great fun to be around, you will not be disappointed by him
