Easy stop for a coffee before boarding the train. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, even at 6.15am! Bacon roll is microwaved and pretty average, but is quite tasty and reasonable value for money when bought with a coffee. Papers, magazines, confectionery, crisps and pre-packed sandwiches are also available.

Disgusted to find, in this day and age, that you still want to charge extra for decaffeinated coffee! It's a rip off!

I wanted 2 teas one with soya milk as have dairy allergy and got changed an extra 50p for splash of soya milk. U should not be charged for this its disgraceful

Wish I could rate it higher, coffee is ok and you don't have to wait long that's the positive part but the staff in the platform 1 side where rude and not very friendly at all not even a acknowledgement when you say a thank you when you get your drink your just ment with a moody little woman frowning at you like you have just spat at her. I always thought it should be service with a smile not a frown. I think they need to do some customer service training in all honesty and a bit of tape to put a smile on her face. Hope no one else has to suffer the same miserable staff here.

Just been in here for a quick coffee before getting a train, had really lovely service from the man working in there, absolute credit to the company!

Platform 1: the worst customer service I have ever seen.. Donna. Small old woman woth short brown hair. Km train staff and went to order three coffees as we were scheduled to be there for five min. In the end I told her not to bother and I will go somewhere else. Her attitude is disgusting. She is stopping business from ther, I got on my train and a young couple got food and said to me "how rude is that woman in the coffee shop, dosgusting" I honestky don't know how she has a job after reading her reviews. Poor management.

Nice little cafe offering sandwiches, snacks, newspapers & magazines plus hot & cold drink to get you ready for your long train journey, the staff i find are quite nice depending on the time & day you are traveling.

Expensive selection of pies and crisps. Really not worth it. The newsagent's down the road is cheeper and of the same quality. Go there instead.
