Me and my partner had our first photo shoot here and we loved every minute of it. Our photographer was really lovely. The photos came out really well, we wanted to buy them all!

Photos very good, but very expensive and not prepared to budge on anything. A simple gesture would have left me leaving a happy customer but this was not done so overall no feel-good factor at all and would not recommend end due to this. All about the money money money not customer satisfaction.
Recently had my son’s new born photoshoot done Alice was fantastic, so patient and friendly throughout. All in all I think the whole experience lasted almost 5 hours! I felt very relaxed and so did baby. We were offered plenty of refreshments in a relaxed environment. A wide range of props/outfits available for us to choose... The photos are amazing we are so happy with them and can be cherished forever in our family home. Cannot wait for the 6 months and 1st year cake smash. Would highly recommend
I was lucky enough to be invited to do a new born shoot for my 10 day old son Harrison at the studio to give more experience to the photographers which in my opinion they are both very talented and knew exactly how to handle my baby in such a way to get the best photographs. Both myself and my mum attended with my son for the session which lasted 5 hours I never knew the detail that goes into to a new born photo shoot it really is great. We were treated like royalty when there Jo was an amazing host nothing was too much trouble. I just want to say a big thank you to Jo and the photographers for not only a great day and amazing pictures (which I can't wait to view on Tuesday!) But for an experience we will never forget and will cherish for a long time.
Extremely rude receptionist who hang up on me and didn't refund my deposit after I have called to cancel my booking over 1 month in advance. She asked me to justify why I am cancelling and when I said that I have received the leaflet with full prices and it's not for me because I can't afford it she became really angry. I said I can't pay 395 for 5 photos as that was the cheapest option and she had to point out that it is actually for 7 photos because I would get 2 for free hahahha...makes all the difference...NOT. Anyway, it was a struggle to get my deposit back and I am not happy with that attitude.
