We were very pleased with the standard and professionalism. Charlie kept us up to date, arrive on time, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly and polite. Most of all he got rid of the mice in the attic. Would definitely use again and recommend him to anyone with unwanted pests.
After two failed attempts by other pest controllers Charlie was incredulous that they hadn't baited the drain. With the drain baited and two holes found under decking he proved where the rats were entering. With the holes filled and drain flow caps fitted we've not seen any evidence of rats for 3 weeks. Fantastic job by a true professional.
