Brilliant very helpful staff,very happy with my glasses

“Leanne” was extremely rude on the phone and didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. Only needed my glasses fixing.. one small crack on the arm of the glasses. Told her that I couldn’t make the 3:20pm appointment but still proceeded to say.. “would you like me to book that appointment?” Sorry love do you like your job or do you just have selective hearing? She didn’t even offer me an appointment for any other day and did not even suggest to come in another day either.. was told by a different member of staff that it would just be the case of “popping in”.. obviously not. Clearly Leanne needs some people skills and needs to lose that can’t be bothered attitude. Wont be going to this branch for as long as I live. Poor customer service in such difficult times too.. shame.

Excellent service, and the young girl at the counter should be mentioned in dispatches!. Her customer care was an exemplary example of how to treat a customer. Very impressed!

Only given 3 stars as they need to something about these staff hygiene. My wife which is also my carer and suffers from panic attacks and wasn't aloud to sit with me so she ended up waking out nearly in tears.
