Awful surgery have a ear infection was given a prescription for sofredex currently not avaliable manufacturing issue. I rang the surgery was told I have to go to the pharmacy and ask then for a alternative and then ring them back so they can renew prescription. Did that no prescription was done waited 3 days rang back got told to ask for alternative as forgot name of product did that rang back AGAIN!! and now they need email confirmation from the pharmacy its been 3 weeks now I'm completely deaf in one ear and in pain.
