I don't Hate this place, but I only received half of my Order, it was in a Big Box and there was No Note in there to tell me that my other Perfume would be Late!! got Nowhere when I phoned up, twice I was Cut off today ?!! Not Good especially when the Recording says and I quote 'We are Open 9am to 4pm on Sundays'! I Suggest someone looks into that!!
Large store well stocked. Could do with assistants, on shop floor, available for advise. Beth, at the point of sale, gave outstanding customer service. She was genuine and went, I would say, out her way to be helpful.
