We have recently bought a house through Taylor, Hill and Bond. I have to praise them on their communication, particularly Robin who kept me updated with how things were progressing almost daily as we were nearing the exchan ge date. Me and my partner were lucky enough to recently find our first house through TH&B. We were dealt with by Ben and Andrew for the viewings of our house, both were knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile (Andrew worked on a Sunday while we were negotiating our offer). Since making the offer, we have had the pleasure of having Tracy assigned to our purchase. We cannot thank Tracy enough for how she has tirelessly called up and down the chain, contacting EA and solicitors to ensure a painless and timely exchange/completion. This excellent communication from start-end has made the process of buying our first house less stressful than we thought it would be. Thanks to Tracy we exchanged on Wednesday this week and are due to complete next Friday. I write the review before completion because I am confident that this process will be as smooth as the rest.
