When you find a GP that you can trust and know they will do their best for you, you stick with them through thick and thin. The online medication review is first class, any concerns are dealt with quickly by a phone call from your GP. The practice is one of the reason my family stay in the area as have had dealings with other practices and they do not offer the same level of care. Finally as I have to have regular blood tests, I know I will always be offered an appointment at the surgery on the required day.

After two phone calls where the wait times were 45 min Bosmere reception denied all knowledge they had received an email from the Oak Park clinic and their only suggestion was to book an emergency doctors appointment. However on calling them back to say this seemed a waste of an appointment and doctors time Bosmere then found the email that had been sent over 10 working days ago and simply put this down to ushing to look for the email\. Thank you to the two ladies at the Oak Park clinic unfortunately it was Bosmere that made me doubt the situation.

I have been with this practice since 1980, and all the staff have almost always been incredibly helpful and supportive. I know they are desperately busy, but I have always felt that they were happy to take time to treat me as a person - not simply another number through the door. Thankyou, and we'll done, your level of service is all too rare these days.

Its hard to get a doctor at all let alone get what you need from them Waited 4 days for steoids with athsma so bad I almost just went to hospital not to mention they gave me no cream for my psoriasis. They make me phone up separately for each problem i have which i have a lot. They tried to charge me 80 on top of 50 for a letter explaining each illness i have. The doctor Chung said i was 100% healthy when im not! Thanks man ill just crawl off to die mate!!!!

So much for data protection!! My daughter was sent a text message about my medication and a procedure I was to follow within the practice, this was private. I'm absolutely discussed!! What if the message was bad news. When I approached the surgery about it they said they had no record (apparently) of the text and kept making excuses, I was turned away without any explanation. I've been with the practice from day 1 and things have changed, from not being able to get appointments to the rudeness of staff. Think its time to change!!!!!!
