Been with the surgery all my life. Past year or so it’s really gone down hill. Call handlers are rude and called me love which is unprofessional. Promised a call and didn’t receive it and surgery is now closed. Situation is already a tough one and then I’ve been fobed off every time I’ve called. Just have no care for there patients.
This practice is too over streched. I gave 2 stars as I think the receptionists are nice. About a months wait to see your own go and when you do see don't really listen to what you have to say - a more senior Dr . Again probably because so overwhelmed by patients and not enough staff you're in and out in 5 mins not sure why there's always a long delay after the appointment time has been and gone. I would avoid if you can, I'm looking around for a better one.
Sadly a pretty useless surgery. Back in the old days it was good, as were the doctors there, but it is probably pretty representative of the current state of the NHS. Having moved areas I highly doubt my current surgery is much better!
