One star is far too generous, I’d give zero. Your staff are beyond rude and unhelpful. Their attitudes are awful. I am self isolating and no one is allowed in my flat yet you threaten to turn my gas supply off when I have children for rearranging a gas check which isn’t anywhere near a year out of date. The rules state no one in my property so on your heads be it. I am not responsible for the engineers safety.

Have done an exchange into a block of flats, 4th floor and there is a leak coming from somewhere above . My bathroom wall is soaked and the ceiling , and all the cupboards are wet through. Constant drips of water. Reported 4 days ago and so far electricians been to check the electrics are safe and a plumber from 100 miles away had a look then went to flat above and checked if they had a leak , all of 5 mins . Then he went to floor 6 no answer, then left , have heard nothing since. Been ringing guinness and they say its been an ongoing problem! What can I do!

So disappointed with this company . I phoned up to tell you that I needed a kitchen tap. The guy comes out just to tell me I needed a new 1. But I already new that. Why oh why can you not have a kitchen tap in the van. Not like it takes up alot of room. Then to make another appointment to have it fixed. Bloody stupid if you ask me. They also need to ask customers what day would be ok. Instead of making appointment s that I may not be able to keep. Not happy is an understatement.

My mother lives in Keats house purbrook way Havant Hampshire, this block of flats has an infestation of BED BUGS, they have had this problem for the last 2 years, my mother has had her flat sprayed 6 times but still has the problem, only yesterday they refused her access to a guest room within the block that is not infected, my mother is 86 years old and in poor health but they would rather my mother sleep in a bed infested in BED BUGS than sort the guest room out,

Guinness Housing (as an association) is brilliant and I could not rate them more highly. Friendly, very helpful and efficient. I was with them for 15years until very recently.
