We have nothing but praise for the Searson Family Funeral Service, who dealt with my wife's Mum last year on 21st October and my own Dad this February 15th. Debi, Andy and the family are just truly decent people who are compassionate, dealing with families in a very understanding and kind manner. Andy Searson officiated at both of our parent’s services, and the way in which he spoke with kindness, honesty and positivity gave us all a unique and memorable experience to help ease the sadness of the day itself. The service was so personable, and believe it or not, that does help the event seem just a little easier to deal with. Thank you Andy! Thank you also to Lewis and Thomas who drove us that day and supporting us whilst carrying in our Dad's funeral casket. The flowers also provided by Jasmines were excellent. We would without doubt highly recommend the Searson Family Funeral Service, and whilst none of us ever want to face or deal with losing loved ones, it certainly gave our families great comfort knowing our special parents were being cared for even at their end of this journey.

*Edited* I was contacted and asked to give the funeral directors a call after leaving my first review, (the funeral directors did know who my review was in relation to) of course I did call to hear their explanation. They were apologetic for our experience and have said they will learn from it. Obviously the damage has been done for us, but I wouldn’t wish that experience without being pre warned on anyone. To know families will be pre warned, therefore prepared in future is a positive. I was asked to remove my review, however I think that people should know experiences, good or bad. I have however edited it, a lot. My son’s dad recently passed away and we went to see him in the chapel of rest. No prior warning was given to us about what we were about to see. Or explanations as to why he looked the way he did... Had the funeral directors explained changes had started to happen we’d of been better prepared. It was heart breaking, I’ve had sleepless nights because of it. I wouldn’t recommend their services at all.

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. The flowers were amazing and Andy spoke about our Dad like he knew him for years. Lily who looked after us was once again amazing. Highly recommended by us. Thankyou. The Limb family.

My self and 2 elderly neighbours recently went to a neighbours funeral. I had trouble hearing what was said and i was near the front. One of my neighbours said that 1 had been tested for hearing and has 100% hearing and she said she never heard a word. Maybe the microphone was not turned up enough as i had been to a funeral there once before and i had no trouble understanding.

I’ve been searching for the perfect casket for my son for a while and came across The Searsons very close to my work place. I went one morning to see if they could do what I wanted and I was amazed by the warm lovely welcome I received by Andy and his wife lily. I can honestly say I was overwhelmed. Nothing is impossible and nothing was to small. I was kept informed with every change and was sent before pictures which was amazing. I cannot thank the service enough and from the bottom of mine and my family’s hearts you made a very nice and unique place for my son to be. Beautiful bespoke casket and forever thank you.
