Love the food from here, really is exceptional. The only thing that lets Timeout down is the time it takes to deliver. Last time up to 2 hours with no apology, today was forecast 1 hour and took near on hour and a half but with an apology this time. Even though, by time food gets here it's cold it is worth the wait and I will use again as it's so good.

Found 2 hairs in my food...absolutely disgusting only thing i enjoyed was my milkshake and even then the cup was only just over half a cup of milkshake and the rest cream... disgraceful

Rank! The bread roll was like a wet piece of cotton wool! Overpriced slop! 18 for 2 breakfast rolls bloody rip off! So angry I paid that. If I bought all the ingredients at a premium rate it would’ve still been cheaper! Do yourselves a favor and sort it out!
