It was going well to begin with, I took my amplifier to get checked out! After checking it over I was told by Richard to go away and he would order the parts which shouldn’t take to long to arrive. This was September 9th, I have messaged Richard a few times to ask if the parts have arrived which I didn’t feel was my responsibility and he said on both occasions the parts may have arrived but needed to check. I still haven’t been contacted and it’s now February! I know covid is about but I feel like 5 months is a long time to wait for some parts to arrive, sorry but I’m not happy!

Totally Amazing! Having saved for a while to invest in a couple of ‘nice’ guitars (Gibson G45 standard acoustic and Fender American Original 50s Telecaster) I was happy with the way they sounded but... I just felt they could sound and play better! Maybe it was the money I’d saved (then spent!) but I was expecting more and they just didn’t sound quite as I wanted them to. Came across Rich online and thought it’d be worth a go. What a difference! The Gibson is exactly how I’d imagined it should sound- so much easier to reach the tones I want. The Telecaster plays like a dream, with new shades of tone make it seem like a different animal. Very happy- and will be taking my other guitars to Rich to see what magic he can work on them!
