When joining us, our care staff attend a rigorous training programme at our Training Academy (UKG Lifeskills) and receive ongoing reviews and refresher training at regular intervals. They are also fully vetted and DBS checked (formerly CRB) before they join. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and rated ‘Outstanding’ for Caring in our latest report.
