The Havasu National Wildlife Refuge is a great place to watch birds. If you like birds, this is a place for you. Did you hear? The bird, bird, bird...the bird is the word. Visit Havasu National Wildlife Refuge for all sorts of birds. You can watch them, you can see them, but you can't take them with you. So please plan accordingly.

Definitely a gorgeous desert oasis! Absolutely beautiful. Loved the sunsets. We were just stopping on our way thru. It was worth it.

Pretty little place right off I40-N right before you get to Needles, CA. Drive about 15-20 minutes down the road into the refuge. There are a few turn offs that go to dead ends that have pretty views. One we went down ended at a parking lot that had a boat launch and nice dock for fishing.
