Very nice grounds and a great place for families and young children. That said, the \Maple\ cottage we staying in is pretty dated and in need of some TLC.. Price was a little steep for the condition of that cottage, can't speak to the condition of the others, but they look a little more up to date, at least from the outside. Also, no wifi, and pretty much no cell signal unless you go back up to the roadway. An update to the cottage plus wifi would raise this review up one or two stars (a four, or perhaps a five), as the area is very nice and people quite friendly.

Friendly people, cute little cottages but needs a lot of improvements. Beds were terrible, one was broken. Not bad but could do better.
This past July was the first time visiting Bayview Cottages, and you can be certain, it won't be my last - what a wonderful place! Ian and Marcy have an absolute gem of a spot on beautiful Round Lake. the cottages are clean, the lake is gorgeous, the fishing is fantastic, and all of the guests there were extremely friendly and welcoming, most of them repeat customers. Whether you are there with your family for summer fun on the beach, or, like me, just looking to get away for a few days of fishing, you will not be disappointed. From the immaculate grounds, to the comfortable accommodations, to the gracious hosts who accommodate each and every request, this is a winning spot for a summer getaway. Did I mention the amazing fishing? Ian and Marcy, thanks so much for making my stay there so perfect, cheers!
Very nice holiday with the family. Most of the time was spent on the water, enjoying the fishing and stunning views. We took 3 cottages for the family and could not fault any of them for cleanliness, comfort and position. In the evening we enjoyed the Sun set whilst sharing the days experiences with each other and planning the next days fun. The owners are a pleasure to be with and nothing was too much to ask for, we even had cocktails made for us. All in all an excellent set up, great value for money and will be returning again.
I had a fantastic holiday! The grounds were immaculate and the grass was beautifully maintained. The cottage was clean and had a fantastic view. The fishing boat was a real bonus and you can even prepare your catch in the 'fish room'. Can't wait till my next visit!
