Terrible customer service. Where to begin... - Open from 9am-1pm weekdays. - Never get back to your emails. - If you don't renew your property insurance, they wait until it expires for a month, then notify you via snail mail! That way they can charge you for that month.

I love Haven Savings. They are a small town bank that has always been very accommodating. They have been in Hoboken forever and know all of the business people and older residents. Tellers and customer service may not be the quickest because they actually talk to you and treat you like a person who they know. But it's rarely crowded, so the wait shouldn't be too long. If you like The St Ann's Feast (in Hoboken) because you feel like you've stepped back in time, you'll like Haven Savings.
