Two stars for cosy atmosphere and fantastic location, but loss of rating due to lack of passion and enthusiasm from staff. Dismissive waitress who leant her elbows on the counter the entire time whilst addressing me and took no care in creating my flat white: burnt milk. I was not allowed to sit in the only window seat available, due to it being dirty; rather than promptly cleaning the table for their customer. Poor cake selection: even less homemade. Cheap coffee. Cash only available.
