Been using Wood Fuel Wales to supply biomass pellets for around 9 months now and have always received the very best, most friendly service. The pellets are delivered when stated and everyone I've had contact with at WFW has been super helpful and friendly even going as far as to offer really good advice and recommendations for a biomass newbie such as myself. Very helpful team delivering great service!

Excellent service over the past couple of weeks. Good website and responsive replies. Good contact regarding delivery, both deliveries have been within a couple of days of order. Logs were good quality and size (Oak) and as requested Kiln dried. I prefer kiln dried whilst more expensive I believe I get better heat value and burning from them. Excellent service and quality recommended.
