Stopped in for lunch with my husband. We both had the open face steak sandwich, it was very good, perfectly cooked. Our server was very nice and didn't keep us waiting. Everything looked clean and organized inside.. my drink was a little strong but most people like that so I have really no complaints.

I am not big on franchise restaurants but I had a discount gift card. Service was good. I had a server who was with this restaurant for, I believe, thirty years. She checked on me often, made recommendations and made my raspberry lemonade spritzer. I was also checked on by the manager. I had the french onion soup, balsamic chicken with rice and broccoli. For dessert, I had lemon crumb cake and coffee. I enjoyed my meal. I thought the cake portion was a little small, but, I don't need to pack on the pounds. Parking lot is tight and busy on a Friday night. Only issue, carpet under the table needed to be swept up before I was seated. I noticed other tables being cleaned up underneath before being put back into use.
My son and I ordered food at around 8:45pm for curbside pickup. Our vehicle info was listed correctly and the server/host didn't bring the food out. We waiting to 9:10 which was when they said the food was ready. 9:30 comes around and no one has even acknowledged us at this point so I ended up going inside to pick up our food myself. The food itself was delicious. Everything was cool correctly other than being a bit cold from sitting so long.
Jill with to go was so awesome and went above and beyond for us! Thank you for making our day a little brighter!
I was disappointed, service was ok, steak was tough, salad was eh... overall not the experience I was expecting...
