I have been doing business with Sam for a while, it started out great but as time went on 70% of the laptops I received were faulty. I was then asked to accept credit only for faulty laptops even when they had no laptops in stock that I wished to purchase rendering the credit useless and was also asked to fix faults myself even though the laptops were advertised as fully functional refurbished laptops. Unhappy with the business that was being conducted I changed my review to one star as I cannot find an option to delete the review, then received a threatening phone call from Sam asking me to delete the review and that he would attack my own business by having all his friends leave unjust one star reviews to destroy my business. Not the first time he has been very rude on the phone, I have called him frantically out of work hours as I had serious faults with laptops quite often and understandably I wasn't spoken to pleasantly. I understand that there is always going to be errors and sometimes its just what happens but every batch of laptops I order it was expected that I would have to send at least a couple back and sure enough we weren't disappointed. Personally I wouldn't recommend buying laptops from here especially if your a small business. Don't bother replying with an excuse about how I was a nightmare customer who called often out of work hours about broken laptops you had sent me. Good Luck!

customer service will certainly exceed your expectations. Amazing organisation with amazing ethics. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and support and would not hesitate to use again. ALM donated touchscreen tablets to care homes in Devon, so that residents with dementia could stay in contact with relatives. This has meant the world to the homes and the residents. Kindness and quality products, with amazing customer service. I wont go anywhere else.
