Found everything I wanted. Easy to shop. Well sign posted on all aisles. Polite staff. Fast service. Also a safe Covid-19 environment to shop in.

Don't visit here often, large parking area but the store is looking a bit run down. Plants are very healthy and a large selection. Not as much paint choice as there used to be.
Price on shelf one price then price goes up at till so I'm warning customers to check your receipts because you could be paying alot more than the price on the shelf tickets ,spoke to a manager about this and all he said feedback good and that's it no apologies or anything ,find a local SF or ts and you no the price and that's what you pay but alot cheaper I'll be avoiding b&q from now on because twice this has happened
Got what I needed and wanted. So perfect.
Disappointed the paint isn't in stocked, as only brought it a month before. I've had to order it in. Which was a shame but staff were friendly when ordering. They did stock lots of other colours.
