What an absolute hero - came downstairs to find the boiler leaking on the Sunday before Christmas. Within an hour, Charlie was at the house and had spotted the problem. Next morning, he was round and we had heating by again 9:30! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks very much Charlie

We found a leak on our heating pump and called Complete Plumbing at 7:30 in the evening, he came round in about 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. He went straight out, got the parts needed and had them fitted in no time at all. He ran up the boiler and made sure everything was ok before leaving at about 9:00 in the evening. An excellent and friendly service that I can recommend without hesitation and will definitely use again.

Charlie, of Complete Plumbing and Heating, Haverhill, installed a new boiler for me in 2015. This included removal of an old hot water tank and re plumbing the boiler to a different location within the house. It has been regularly serviced by Charlie himself and we have had absolutely no problem at all with the boiler, or contacting Charlie when needed, for him to come and service it. I would thoroughly recommend this Company and Charlie is a great guy to deal with.
