I’ve used gas guardian twice now , on both occasions very good service at a competitive price. The website and payment system is easy to use . With the addition of Engineer notifications and reports.
Gas Guardian recently disconnected and capped a gas oven and hob for me. A simple job done well. The customer service was outstanding. I contacted Gas Guardian on WhatsApp and received a reply within 5 mins. Fortunately Lee was able to do the job the same afternoon. What a nice guy, it was an absolute pleasure to have him in my home.
I was so impressed with the service provided that I would highly recommend Gas Guardian Ltd. The engineer, Lee was punctual, polite, friendly and very efficient. Responding to the report of an unusual sound coming from the boiler, Lee came out quickly to investigate and diagnosed the problem quickly and advising me of the safety implications. It took a few days to source the parts required to fix the problem and Lee kept me informed regularly of progress. When all the parts were available, Lee could have waited until Monday, but he came out on Saturday morning to make the repairs. With no hot water or central heating for a few days, this was greatly appreciated. Really great customer service.
Had an emergency issue with a boiler and Lee came out the same day after a couple of hours of calling. Could not fault, job was done extremely well and very professionally. Would definitely recommend.
After a week of microwave meals and being let down day after day by erg facilities ltd who quoted me 145 poundVat for gas oven reconnection before they even looked at what they were charging for ,I found gas guardian like it was meant to be, I phoned for an engineer in the morning and by 12.45pm Lee was at my door, very polite, very gracious about over shoes even though my floor was a bit muddy anyway so I wouldn’t of minded if he didn’t wear them, very knowledgeable about his job and great at his job was all done in just over an hour and the best part was the price of 103.pound, I would of payed more just for the fact that the whole situation from start to finish was a breeze, any big company out there needs to take some tips off this man, he knows how to run a company and I would highly recommend to anyone, never been so excited to see my oven working. Thankyou so much lee, much appreciated.
Very efficient .my boiler wasn't switching off fixed in no time..Contacted and came next morning in a 2 hour slot l especially appreciated being kept up on the arrival time..Would highly recommend
