My order took a long enough time to arrive, though that had been flagged when ordering since parts were coming in from USA. However when the order arrived it was missing 2 components. They quickly refunded the difference but why did I have to chase them for the missing items - which an alternate supplier has since delivered very quickly. Summary: ok but could be much better!

Placed an order then realised the specifications were wrong so I sent an email 4 minutes after placing the order requesting cancellation. I got an email 27 minutes later saying it had been shipped. No exlanation of their cancellation procedure - just got this "Apologies, this order has already shipped".
