I cannot express enough thanks to this company! We had a really, really terrible patch of torrential rain that I unfortunately got stuck in. The guys at Mitchells arranged for not only my car to be collected within the hour, but so I didn't have to wait so long (surrounded by floods - I was STUCK) by myself, they sent out a guy in a van within 15 minutes to come and pick me up and take me home - they then dropped my car to me and only charged me for 1 trip! I cannot recommend them enough, customer service is second to none.

Honestly there could not be a worse recovery company. DO NOT USE! I cant say what their repairs service is like as i did not use this but judging on the recovery, it must be very poor. I was assigned. Mitchells Motors for my recovery from my bank insurance and when the guy called to confirm where we was he was so rude and blunt from the get go. When he came he tried to put the car which was not drivable on the tow truck. After a while he was getting frustrated and said the car needed to be further up, he then told me to get in and drive the car further up the ramp which was already at an angle., i just though to myself why didn't you just drive it up further in the first place lol. LONG SHORT, This guy was sooo rude and very lazy and ended up leaving us and driving off. He then told the bank that we had not adhered to social distancing and this is why he left which was a lie as me and my friend both has masks on and in fact he did not! This guy knew that he had done wrong and tried to make up so lies, if this was the case would we not have had to sit in the van while he recovered us anyway. So the social distancing could not have been adhered regardless. After a minor accident and being left in slight shock, this recovery company then sent a very rude and lazy driver and then left us stranded.
