Needed a new hot water tank. They were very helpful with their advice and were able to get me the tank I wanted in 24 hours were others were quoting between 2 and 3 weeks. Very happy with the service I got and would happily recommend them.

Water pipe of unknown size! - after screwfix Bnq and E bay parts this was my last point of call... The Magiver fix was not going to hold out forever. I arrived and spoke to a very helpful woman over the social distance barrier. I waggled a cut out piece of grey pipe with desperation in my eyes! A Male colleague arrived (gender only so can be identified) looked at the pipe and said Howe Rd? Yes!! Hold on couple of minutes later this is what you need (the man is a mind reader,,,) Only a couple of places in Haverhill have that pipe and this is the only soloution (about 10) 17.1mm pipe to 15mm adaptor. I got a couple more pieces with extra advice (water tank valve had split). Local people local knowledge - Thank you .
