After waiting over an hour and a half to be tested with an appointment and being told they do have rapid covid tests I was administered a covid antibody test. Luckily I am an NP in an ED and explained to them that this was in fact an antibody test and antibodies can take 1-3 weeks to show in your system. I asked to speak to the doctor to explain the situation and the medical assistant told me he is gone for the day. They came back with a negative “rapid” test when in fact I tested positive today at ExpressCare. This facility is promoting they provide “rapid” tests when in fact they are providing rapid antibody tests and providing false negative results to patients who in fact are positive. I was able to speak to the doctor on the phone before I left and he confirmed that I was correct. What I can’t understand is why they are promoting a rapid covid test knowing that this is not what they are administering and that antibody tests are not diagnostic for a current virus.

My husband went here to have a COVID-19 test done, and actually sat and waited for over an hour just to get anything even started, there was no other patients, and the staff was just sitting around talking and on cellphone. Left without being seen and WILL NEVER GO BACK

My daughter got sick on Christmas Day. Dr. Khan and his receptionist were very professional and extremely helpful in caring for my daughter. Highly reccommend them! Can not thank them enough for being there in our time of need!
This was a much better experience then an ER. I did not have wait that long, and everything went really well. Usually it takes at least 3 hours, but it was near my home and I was done within the hour. Perfect!!
