A great time was had. The Captain was very pleasant, patient and good-natured. The boat was very clean and comfortable. Everything was solid and left no concerns-just scenic-relaxing-enjoyment.
My husband planned a parasail excursion for my birthday today. We drove 2 hours to get here just for \Captain Glen\ to tell us that his boat wasn't working. We received no call or email from him. My husband had to call him for him to tell us (with no regard) that we weren't going to be able to go after a several weeks of planning. Completely understand that some things are out of our control but to not communicate that prior to us showing up was unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.
Planned a bachelorette party weeks in advance with this company. We drove an hour there, and about 10 minutes before we get there, we received an email saying our trip was cancelled without any reason. No call or prior notice, only ten minutes before our reservation! I do not recommend this company, especially since this happened to someone else in the reviews two weeks ago. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Do not use this company.
Fanatic time had by our entire family. Mom, dad, 17, 15, 12 year old boys! Terrific day trip!
