Office Manager Shelly is an absolute nightmare. Dr. Rapp is an excellent physician in practice but he and his wife treat the staff terribly.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rapp since I was a teenager. He always listens to my concerns and has an open mind trying different things. He’s not pushy about medications unless it is necessary for my health. He is great at responding to emails via the patient portal, I feel like I can contact him any time of the day with with my questions or concerns and receive a timely response. His front desk staff could be better, but I feel that is any medical practice.
