Mike was Amazing he open helped me open a new phone line and wireless Hot spot. He walked me through each step wonderful. Great customer service I will now be switching over all my line to Version because of my experience. Everyone should switch over and go see Mike a Version in Havre de grace.

I wanted to update my iPhone and watch so I went into the Havre de Grace location. I was immediately greeted. When I sat down with the rep he went over every option with me and which plan would be best for me. He took his time and explained everything in terms I understood. He answered all of my questions. I have to say it was the best experience I have had in a Verizon store. I highly recommend him! You’ll leave with the phone you want with the plan that works best for YOU!

Needed a new phone as the one I have is officially an antique. Stopped in on my way home from work to see what they had to offer. Was immediately able to sit down and talk to someone. After explaining what I was looking for they were able to help me compare all of the features I had on my old home and find a newer model that still allowed me to keep the things that I was a fan of. Left with the phone I wanted in addition to accessories and piece of mind that I wouldn’t have to worry about transferring any of my information over (they did it there). Overall awesome experience, great service, and knowledgeable employees. Definitely recommend stopping in to anyone looking to get a new phone, accessories, or just about anything else cellular related.
