Diane Williams, PA-C is an outstanding provider who is exactly what I have been looking for in a dermatologist. She was very professional and thorough in her exam, took her time in explaining and answering my questions, and provided great education and information. Her assistant, Tina, was so informative and supportive. She puts you right at ease and is outstanding at her job. The two work very well together and are a great professional team. Clean office and very friendly staff from the moment i called to make my first appointment at the Bel Air location. Outstanding experience.

I called about a week ago and was told that my insurance was accepted-Priority Partners and to hold on the line as the person scheduling the appointment was on the other line. 30 minutes later I get hung up on. Then today I call in after getting biopsy results back from my family doctor that I have skin cancer to speak with the office manager about setting up a surgery. I left a message because she wasn’t available. An hour or so later I come into the office because I was in the area and the black lady at the front desk is the most rude person I’ve ever met. I handed her my paper from my family doctor and I couldn’t even get a word out before she bluntly just said we dont take priority partners in a very rude tone because it had my insurance info on the referral paperwork. I said ok well what about if I paid for it myself. She then told me that I wouldn’t even be able to get an appointment until the end of November and that I couldn’t afford it anyway since I have state insurance. I said well do you know anyone who will take my insurance. She said no look on the back of your card again rudely. Eventually the office manager calls me back but I was at another appointment and couldn’t answer so she left me a message. When I called back I asked to speak with the office manager. The front desk lady answers the phone and says weren’t you the guy who was in here earlier with the state insurance I told you we don’t take. I said yes but I want to pay for it myself. She said hold on and transfers me to the office manager but it went to voicemail after two rings. Two hours later and still no call back. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb and the Maryland board of physicians as I believe I was treated absolutely horribly by this practice. I wouldn’t send my dog here for treatment.
