I would give this 5 stars if we hadn’t waited so long. We had reservations for 9am - 5pm but we had to wait in a very long line that didn’t seem to move. By 10:27am we finally were ready to go. The staff was all very friendly and the mopeds were great! I can’t believe how many people show up without reservations. Unfortunately, because of this it slows down the process of checking people in who have made reservations. If it were up to me, I would require reservations, limit open rentals to later in the day or have two separate lines. I also would have everyone fill out their personal information online prior to checking in to help reduce wait times and streamline the process better. Overall though, we LOVED the mopeds and the staff were great! ️

Place was busy but never felt in the way while waiting to rent. We rented the Scoot Coup so much fun. Its low to the ground. It fit me and my husband kind of snug. Went all over town with it.

Renting mopeds fro Hawaiian Style Rentals and Sales was the perfect way to spend our last day on Oahu! I was very nervous about it, but the friendly staff answered all my questions and encouraged me that I could do it. It was so fun!!! I will definitely rent again from them in my next trip here.

Jessie went out of his way to ensure that my girlfriend and I had an amazing rental. Couldn’t have had a better recommendation on where to go from a nicer guy. He more than exceeded expectations and then went above and beyond trying to get us a rental for another day. I would recommend both Hawaiian Style and Jessie to anyone who needed rentals in the Waikiki beach area. Thank you all for your hard work!

GREAT experience. Beautiful, beautiful day. Dustin was INCREDIBLE! Loved his stories, experience, local knowledge. Didn't realize each beach had its own "spots" and names of where swells break or how you surf them (pipeline, backdoor)

I don’t like the way they handle our personal information, email, phone numbers etc. Even my minor daughters are getting texts and emails and that after I asked if this info could not be used to reach out to us or shared. The fact that EVERYONE needs to fill the rental form does not make sense and is not streamlined either. You should be able to do this when you reserve way in advance of your arrival. Stood in line twice because of it, not how they should handle customers. That said, bikes are good and people are really nice. Just need to better secure our data and improve the workflow.

Please double check your map! The snorkel spots 4 & 3 are marked on your map on the southwest side of the island. But they are on the southeast side. Number 6 is also marked wrong. On your map it’s on the westside of the island but it should be (like it is actually written in your description of number 6) on the northeast side by goat island. Other than that we had a wonderful experience and loved cycling to the Dole plantation. We’d love some lights on the bicycle as we came home in the dark because we wanted to use the whole day but we didn’t really feel safe without lights in the dark. We asked for a pump just in case but they had none. For long rides lights, a pump, and little patch kits would be a great addition to an even better service.

Great experience. Came in fairly late (about 4:30) and they set me right up with a late return plan. Great moped seemed well taken care of and they got me going very quickly. Mahalo guys you were great.
