Be careful if you go here, first they take 40 to do an investigation. They showed me an apt that was a destroyed mess and said if I wanted it I had to give them 200 to hold it until the end of February. This was at the end of the mo about the 26th of jan and the money was supposed to hold the apt until the end of feb. I went back to ask some questions about how close the garbage dumpster was to this apt and saw what looked like a rat (because of the tail). I could never sleep in a place with rats that close and I went to tell them on the 2nd of Feb. Some of the blinds were torn down so I could see the apt was still a mess so it could not have been rented. I went home to call them to ask for my 200.00 back, less two days rent because they did not need to hold it. They would not give me any money back. They gave me an adress and told me to write to the owners, they would not give me a number. I got the number of the adress and it was just a \letter drop box\. The man was angry I even called. I only asked for the money back because I needed grocery money. They repeatedly told me that keeping my money was legal even though this apt was not ready to rent anyway. This feels like a scam run on vulnerable people, it may be legal but it is not very nice, ethical or moral. I was advised not to go there but like to make my own decisions about people. I am still depressed that people are treated like this. The manager is only there on mon,wed and fri. I called again and got a helper that said the mngr was not available. I let her know I thought this was not a very nice thing to do and she started to cry very dramatically and the sound changed as though it was being recorded. I think this is just a way to take 200 from people. The original star is only because I cannot post this otherwise.. I don't tell anyone not to go to a business, but please listen to my experience with these people.
