A property that we really liked the look of came up via my Right Move alerts. Immediately - within hour of it going online - called company to set up a viewing and was told I'd receive an email and someone would call back. 2 days later (after email returned with my availability for a viewing 5mins after receiving it), no call. I called again and got the same response. Called AGAIN - now a week after initial request and with property still showing as available on RM - and got exactly same response. Email returned for 3rd time. STILL no call back or email to arrange viewing. Looking at review responses on here from the manager, I emailed him directly. No response to that either... My husband has also been trying with the same level of joy. It is now 3 weeks later, no viewing or call back, and property still showing as available on RM (Edit - disappointingly no longer available apparently according to RM this morning). Its like they don't want to let properties which is strange for a letting company. TL;DR Avoid like someone walking in your direction, coughing and not wearing a mask...

I would honestly avoid reades like the plague! You will have to call up multiple times and literally pester them just to get a viewing on a property, and if you manage to then be prepared to chase everything up yourself! They’re very unprofessional, don’t respond to emails, tell you they’ll have someone “call you back” whenever you phone and then never do call back. The staff aren’t rude or nasty in any way, they’re nice people, they’re just very inefficient and don’t seem to really be there to help in any way, and more than anything just hinder the process.

My partner tried to arrange a viewing on Saturday 29th August - the lady on the phone had no clue about the property we were trying to view and said somebody would call us Monday (Which didn't happen). Since then we have submitted a viewing request via Rightmove, again, nothing has happened since that request. The owner of the property has a proceedable buyer trying to view their home and the agents do not appear to be active in arranging viewings? Subsequently, due to the delay in arranging a viewing, we have decided against viewing the property with this particular agent due to what appears to be a lack of interest in getting a viewing pencilled in. Granted the online presentation does look the part.
