Excellent service with a personal touch from start to finish. We had a number of agents to choose from in selling our house and Dee with her obvious delight in our property and natural friendliness and enthusiasm was the natural choice. We were certainly not mistaken in our decision. The communication from the company was timely and when I spoke to other members of her team it was obvious they knew about our position. The photographs (some of which were taken by my wife, and kindly added to their own) were professionally edited and presented and appeared on national sites from which we drew in our eventual purchaser. When it came to final negotiations Dee talked myself through to achieving a most acceptable goodly figure which was acceptable to both ourselves and our purchasers. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommended Bannerman Burke as an estate agent who combine professionalism with the personal touch.
