Absolutely awful . Called to ask a simple question regarding a habitation check they carried out on a motorhome I just bought, that has turned out to have multiple issues including a gas leak. Was given a mobile number to call of some 3rd party. The guy I spoke to was Mr Attitude and couldnt even answer the question , but spoke to me like I was some kind of idiot. Worst experience in 20yrs of caravaning , needless to say all faults were rectified at another dealer.

Had everything I needed and staff very helpful
Absolutely shocking. Drove 1.5 hours to get to this shop as this was the only shop near by that sold a sliding waste cover. We told the lady at the pay desk what make and model and even showed her the photo of the tank. And she ensured us that it was the correct one that she gave us. We wanted her to double check since we came such a long distance she said yes and it was universal- it covered lots of different makes not just the one we had. When we finally got hole we discovered it was not the correct one. Fairly disappointed considering we cannot use the toilet without this.

Been here a few times (anytime we're in Hawick) and always have a nice chat with the owner. Never failed to come away with a few necessary items as the prices are very competitive. Highly recommended.
