Open again at last, staff great and not to long a wait.
Went to hawick recycling centre this morning at 10am 4 cars in front of me. Gates shut. Queue getting longer and no signs of any recycling workers and no notice on gate apart from opening times. At 10.20 with a queue of about a dozen cars 2 ladies went to find out what was happening. They came back to tell everyone it would be another hour before centre opened as only 1 person on as others were helping with a paper lorry. If the manager was aware of this at 10am why did they not put a notice on gate so that everybody did not have to wait!!!!!!!
