Me and my wife came here after reconmendations and we're so glad we did. Firstly he fitted us in when we never had an appointment. He took the time to explain all the different types of prams and benefits. He never once tried to box us in and sell us something we never needed. The guy came across so genuine and very knowledgeable. We found an ABC pram in another shop that we loved, so I phoned him and he managed to source it and get it it into his shop for us. We bought that and various other items in the store and he really looked after us. I wouldn't go anywhere else for baby products now. First class service with amazing knowledge. Thanks again Craig

Went there as received many recommendations from friends. As soon as I stepped in I felt it was a bit out-dated and I immediately noticed they didn’t have the brand I so much wanted to try but I have to say...never judge the book from the cover!!! The service received did not disappoint me and actually exceeded my expectations. Who cares about everything else? They have got several brands and there’s a very good range of products to choose from. The gentleman working there was extremely patient with us, he really spent a consistent amount of time with us guiding for the best solution for us. He showed and described the different kind of travel systems, he very patiently and professionally showed how to open/close/adjust everything, made us try them, we were even allowed to try to fit them in the car (the gentleman showed us even that!) to choose the right ones. They called us when everything arrived and kindly offered to assemble everything for us, that’s amazing! When we went to collect everything there were two ladies and they were excellent, very nice, very professional, extremely kind and very helpful, they even lifted everything for me and arranged all the stuff in the car for me, I didn’t lift a single piece! Will surely be back to buy more decorative things for baby’s room and can’t praise and thank them enough for the excellent service they offered us from beginning till end. Highly recommended!!!

In all honesty, I wouldn't go anywhere else for baby/child related items. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, very patient and helpful, and they are able to give a unique personal touch. We have been able to pop in to ask for advice about items we have bought (such as fault finding when a problem arises) and the staff are always willing to help. Perhaps unsurprisingly, they are amazing with kids too. As another reviewer has said, don't judge the book by its cover. The shop may not appear modern compared to certain national chain stores, but the service you will receive will far exceed anything you'll receive at the national chains! I genuinely can't recommend them enough!
