Hawk Dealership, was a great experience to purchase my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas. Isaac S./salesperson was professional, knowledgably, understood my needs. Allowed me to keep the car for 2 days and on the second day I purchased my Atlas. Everyone from Isaac, to the finance Manager, to General manager were excellent. We decided to make an appointment to go in with Jose Guzman after reading all the positive reviews and he did not disappoint! From the moment we got in and he’s was very friendly! He had taken the time to email us some vehicles prior to us going in and he brought out the vehicles we were most interested in. We were sold on the vehicle we saw! The brand new 2021.5 VW atlas. He took us on a test drive and explained to us the different features. When it came to making a deal he worked with us and negotiated back and forth with the guy in charge to get us the offer we felt comfortable with! If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely go back! He is bilingual which is a plus! In addition, Ashley from finance was very helpful and clear about the paperwork! Thanks everyone!

Start to finish was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. I a going to be 69 years old and cant remember how many cars I have purchased. Alex Sekulovski was the most accommodating young gentleman and was there for us in all weather and all times. We started looking in December with him and I got sick and was under the weather for a few weeks. He checked in to see how I was doing and never mentioned buy or selling a car. I finally got back to him and told him it was down to a Atlas and Pilot. He said good luck and hope we find the right vehicle. We were shopping for a 6 or 7 passenger. Got down to the Atlas . . Found the right one we wanted but was unsure if it would fit in the garage . He sent us home with it. He was not shook when we told him it didn't fit. He said try the 7 passenger Tiguan. We didn't even know there was another smaller version of the Atlas with 3rd row seating. Since this was for my wife we were shopping for, It was the perfect fit and the size and with all the discounts it fit our wallet too. Thank you Alex for sticking it out with us even after we forgot the title and the check to finish the deal . Checking out was fast an easy the ladies were on top of everything and had all the papers ready to go. That didn't bother them at all. Set it up to drop off check and title two days later, all is good My wife just loves it . Thanks for making it a painless process for us and for putting up with all our days of questions .
