I suffered with quick onset severe lower back pain, barely able to move and I didn't know what to do for the best and for the quickest recovery as I wanted to get back into the gym ASAP. Hawkes Physiotherapy was great. I managed to get an appointment the next day, Matt was very knowledgeable, gave me appropriate stretches to do, provided a lot of helpful information and I was back in the gym within just 2 weeks. Very safe and friendly consultation/treatments. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended My first appointment with Matt was for lower back and hip pain. Matt had a holistic view on assessing and finding cause of the pain. Recommending exercises for the long term goal. He also demonstrated the exercises I needed to complete, as well as emailing the hypo-links to the exercises.He discussed his findings with me. Excellent knowledge and very professional. (Excellent covid precautions used)

I visited Matt due to an recurring calf injury. Matt was extremely thorough in assessing my activity to determine the root cause of my problems. I had three sessions of some soft tissue work and Matt gave me some really helpful strength exercises to help me get back on track. I would definitely recommend Matt and would be sure to return as and when I need to.

New Beginnings

Would defo recommend. After just 1 session my lower back improved a lot. Matt is very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my back and gave me exercises to strengthen it to try avoid future issues.
