BDO Hawkesbury has really poor organizational and communication skills. Bills are randomly sent from months to years after service and the management do not return calls; this was months before COVID-19. We clearly got the impression that they do not care about their clients. We quickly switched to another accountant as BDO's service is horribly slow and unorganized. We do not recommend.
